I have developed a top-flight Real Estate team that includes Realtors®, loan officers, title officers, escrow officers, a notary public, home inspectors, appraisers, investors, licensed general contractors, termite companies, and attorneys.  I work with both buyers and sellers to help them meet their Real Estate objectives.  Although my team works throughout Southern California, with listings from the beach to the Inland Empire, my primary focus is on the South Bay area.  My business has been built primarily through referrals from past clients.  I'm considered one of the top agents within Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, California Properties, which maintains over 2000 agents company-wide.

I was born in Los Angeles and have lived in various local cities, from Hollywood to San Pedro.  I've also lived in Huntington Beach while attending college in Irvine.  I'm a retired Lieutenant Colonel, having actively served 29 years in the U.S. Air Force.  My career in the Air Force taught me the art of negotiation.  I truly love my 2nd career in Real Estate.  The negotiating skills I gained during my Air Force career, as well as knowing how to assemble a solid team that can all pull in the same direction, have been indispensable in helping people buy and sell their homes.

I feel very fortunate to be married to my best friend, Dr. Sydne Jennifer Newberry, and to have three wonderful children:  Brian, Sabrina, and Trevor.
